Bruker Ultima 2-Photon Plus

The Bruker Ultima 2-Photon Plus is an upright multiphoton microscope system designed for deep tissue imaging and intravital microscopy. This system combines tunable and fixed laser sources with high-sensitivity detection for applications including second harmonic generation (SHG) and deep tissue penetration up to 700 μm.

10x/0.3 Water immersion 3.5 mm WD

20x/1.0 Water immersion 2 mm WD

40x/0.75 Water immersion 2.5 mm WD

ETL remote focusing: Decoupled 10mm range for independent Z positioning

Multi-channel acquisition: Simultaneous acquisition of 2 channels using both lasers
