Seahorse XFe96
The Seahorse XFe96 Analyzer is a state-of-the-art analytical instrument used for real-time measurement of cellular metabolism in live cells. It is designed for use in a wide range of research applications with a large variety of cell types can be analyzed: primary cells, established cell lines, spheroids, isolated mitochondria, and small tissue pieces.
The Seahorse XFe96 Analyzer uses fluorescent biosensors to measure oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) in live cells, providing real-time information on the metabolic activity of cells. This allows researchers to study cellular metabolism and energy production in response to different stimuli, such as drug treatments or environmental changes. These measurements provide a systems-level view of cellular metabolic function in cultured cells and ex vivo samples
The Seahorse XFe96 Analyzer is a high-throughput instrument, capable of analyzing up to 96 samples simultaneously. Its advanced features and high sensitivity make it a valuable tool in many areas of life sciences research.
