3D Imaging

Our confocal systems, including the scanning LSM700 (inverted), LSM880 (upright), LSM900 (upright and inverted), and Spinning Disk IXplore-Spin, can image z-sections up to 200-300 µm deep. These sections can be reconstructed into 3D images using Imaris Software for detailed segmentation and quantification.

For larger specimens, our Life Canvas Smart SPIM Lightsheet enables imaging of cleared specimens up to 15 mm x 25 mm. It uses special long working distance detection objective lenses (x3.6/0.2, x16.7/0.4, x23.8/0.7) to produce high-quality 3D renderings.
