For measurement of fluorescence polarization/anisotropy requiring a specially configured, filter-based fluorometer, equipped with a light polarization module.
FITC Filters: EX 485±25nm; EM 535±35nm
Bodipy TMR Filters: Ex 535/ 25 ; Em 580/20
Additional sets of filters can be added according to the needs of researchers.
