Combined system for sputter coating or carbon/metal evaporation

With a selection of interchangeable inserts and sample stages the Quorum Technologies Q150T-ES is used to:

• Sputter coat samples using Chromium or Iridium as targets for Scanning EM.
• Carbon coating using carbon rods for Scanning EM and Transmission EM.
• Glow discharge to clean hydrocarbon contamination from components, hydrophilisation, surface cleaning.
